Making fitness easier, so busy people become stronger, healthier & happier!!
Exercising doesn't have to be lonely. It doesn't have to involve 'just you' going to the gym to workout.
Sport brings people together. It allows us to exercise with other people and it make it fun.
The social element of training in a group or exercising in a class environment is what makes people commit to exercise. The idea of meeting new people, making new friends and having the same goal or vision in mind, will not only motivate you but motivate them too!
After playing football semi professional in the UK, then moving to Dubai, I wanted to settle first into the new surroundings. Once work became structured, I decided to get back playing football again so signed for the Dubai Allstars.

Most people exercise because they want two things:
People forget to have fun and enjoy exercising. For example, there are many forms of exercise which you can do that will not only improve your fitness but also help you to lose weight and build muscle.
Football is a game that involves a good level of Cardiovascular Fitness. On top of that, Muscular Endurance and components such as Speed, Agility, Balance, Strength are also important.
Have a think about what you enjoy...
Then ask yourself one question...
'What is stopping you?'
It's never too late to do the things you enjoy. Join a sports team, attend a group exercise class and I'm sure you will start to enjoy working out. For any help or guidance, get in touch.
Last week we played a friendly against Atletico de Kolkata, a team who play in the Indian Super League.
They are managed by former England, Manchester United & Tottenham Hotspur striker - Teddy Sheringham.
ADK were on tour as part of their pre season preparations.
Along with their manager, other big names in their team included former Republic of Ireland international, Tottenham Hotspur striker Robbie Keane & former Bolton Wanderer goalkeeper Jussi Jaaskeleinen.
As full time professionals, ADK were expected to win the game and did 3-0. It was a great performance by Dubai Allstars playing against a team with such big names.
Now Dubai Alltars focus on the season which continues on Wednesday.
