Each session is 60 minutes and face to face, tailored around YOU and what YOU want to achieve.
First, we schedule a consultation to gather information about you, your background, exercise history, lifestyle habits, injuries, current training schedule, goal and more. Then we calculate your Macronutrient split, Basal Metabolic Rate, weight loss or weight gain forecast. Your training programme is then designed and ready for you to start on your first session. Location and weekly sessions times are subject to availability.
PT package prices will be less, if you come to the gym where we are based. You don't need gym experience as we have worked with many individuals who are new to exercise, parents with children, pre or post natal, young teenagers looking to improve in their sport, runners, triathletes, cyclists, professional sports players and more.

Follow a structured programme wherever you are in the world with 3 different package options to suit YOUR individual training preference.
We create a structured training programme for you to follow with the option to check in with us weekly or monthly, to keep you accountable and make sure you are staying on track. We do the programming, we tell you exactly what you should be doing...all you need to do is follow it. You can do this anywhere in the world, at home or when you travel.
If you are new to training, want a coach to train you remotely or to ensure you are lifting with the right technique, LIVE online PT sessions are also available.

Follow a structured training programme to enhance your performance and physique. If fat loss is your goal, losing weight, gaining muscle, getting back into exercise postpartum or have a sport specific focus, you need to exercise with a purpose.
By following a programme you are much more likely to achieve results and see a change. Our programmes apply progressive overload and are super easy to follow. We offer 4,8 or 12 week programmes.
