Face to face in Dubai. Each session is 60 minutes and tailored around YOU and what YOU want to achieve.
First, we schedule a consultation to gather information about you, your background, exercise history, lifestyle habits, injuries, current training schedule, goal and more. Then we calculate your Macronutrient split, Basal Metabolic Rate, weight loss or weight gain forecast. Your training programme is then designed and ready for you to start on your first session. Location and weekly sessions times are subject to availability.
PT package prices will be less, if you come to the gym where we are based. You don't need gym experience as we have worked with many individuals who are new to exercise, parents with children, pre or post natal, young teenagers looking to improve in their sport, runners, triathletes, cyclists, professional sports players and more.
